Welcome to Aggressor Pro Auto Detailing, a service of RYK Transport LLC ("Aggressor Pro," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at agggressor.com (the "Site") and the auto detailing, ceramic coating, paint protection film, paint correction, vinyl wrap, and window tinting services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By visiting the Site, contacting us, or booking a Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.
1. WHO WE ARE

2. OUR SERVICES
We provide professional automotive detailing and protection services, including but not limited to interior and exterior detailing, ceramic coating, paint protection film, paint correction, vinyl color change and wrap services, window tinting, and mobile detailing. Service availability, pricing, and timelines vary by vehicle condition, package selected, and location, and are provided as estimates until confirmed at the time of inspection or booking.
3. APPOINTMENTS AND SCHEDULING
Appointments may be requested through our website, by phone, text message, or through our online booking system. We operate by appointment to ensure every vehicle receives our full attention. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested times but cannot guarantee availability. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or circumstances beyond our control, and we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices quoted on the Site, by phone, or by text are estimates and may be adjusted after an in-person inspection of your vehicle based on its size, condition, and the scope of work required. Final pricing will be communicated to you before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of Services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking or service.
5. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
We ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a request for a deposit before future appointments are confirmed.
6. VEHICLE CONDITION AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, aftermarket modifications, or prior paint or coating work on your vehicle before Services begin. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage that results from prior repairs, low-quality aftermarket products, or normal wear and tear. Please remove personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before your appointment; we are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
7. WARRANTIES
Certain Services, such as ceramic coating and paint protection film, may be offered with a manufacturer or workmanship warranty as described to you at the time of purchase. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage vary by package and product and will be provided separately in writing at the time of service. Warranties do not cover damage caused by accidents, improper maintenance, third-party products, or normal wear.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aggressor Pro Auto Detailing and RYK Transport LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. TEXT MESSAGING AND COMMUNICATION CONSENT
By submitting your phone number through our website chat widget or otherwise opting in, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) and calls from RYK Transport LLC regarding appointment confirmations, service updates, and, where you separately opt in, promotional or marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may reply HELP for assistance. Transactional messages related to a scheduled appointment may continue as needed to service your appointment.
10. WEBSITE USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to RYK Transport LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security.
11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
Our Site may link to third-party services, including scheduling and payment platforms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites or services.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
